Can’t find what you’re looking for? Contact us for any questions or inquiries. We’re here to help!
We work with motivated individuals that want to reach their most physically comfortable and capable version of themselves. Our clients are curious about the ‘how’ and the ‘why’ and refuse to let pain or underperformance hinder their favourite activities. Whether it’s a trail runner aiming for a new PR, a golfer enhancing their driving distance, a gym novice navigating new techniques, a new parent safely returning to fitness, or a grandparent wanting confidence with their grandkids, we’re here to support diverse goals!
Wear something that you would be comfortable exercising in. Please avoid stiff or restricting clothing (ie: jeans). You can always change into this once you arrive.
We require twenty-four hour notice for any appointment cancellations (unless it is due to illness or an emergency). Patients who provide less than twenty-four hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged in full. Rescheduling of appointments is allowed without penalty by contacting Catalyst Movement Clinic directly.
